## Put documents away. Find them when you need them.

Maglet is an Android archive for bills, tax records, warranties, receipts,

letters, and other documents that matter.

Scan paper or let Maglet find supported documents already on your phone. It

checks existing files in place, gives them useful names, and organizes them

into virtual folders. Scans are stored privately in Maglet.

No naming form. No folder picker. No manual tags.

## Your documents organize themselves

Grant file access once and Maglet starts looking for supported documents. It

shows how many it has found and checked while organization begins. Useful

virtual folders appear as documents are understood; the first document can

create the first folder.

Files already in Android shared storage stay where they are. Maglet verifies

them in place without keeping another copy or changing the original. People

named in a document stay in metadata and search, not as folders. The top level

uses broad document categories, never a person or issuer name.

Search in ordinary language, such as `mixer warranty invoice` or

`electricity bill from March`. Maglet uses the document's contents and meaning

so you do not need to remember its filename or folder.

Browse an automatic folder and filter results to this month, this year, or a

custom date range. Move from a broad subject to the exact document without

maintaining a filing system.

Tap Scan, capture one or more pages, and finish. Maglet receives the scan,

understands it, names it, and organizes it through the same path as documents

already on the phone. There is no filing step after scanning.

## Open, share, rename, or remove

Tap a document to open it in an installed app. Swipe left on a document for

Share, Rename, and Remove. Rename changes its title inside Maglet. Removing a

discovered document leaves its source file untouched.

its subfolders. Maglet asks for confirmation first.

Maglet has no cloud archive or account requirement. Scanned originals,

metadata, folders, and search indexes are stored privately in the app.

Discovered files stay in their existing shared-storage locations. Document

understanding and semantic embeddings use the processing services described

in the Privacy Policy.
